I found the template I really want, but it costs $64. I'm so not willing (at this point) to spend money on a template that I may or may not know how to manipulate properly. Are there any blogger classes out there?

UNDER CONSTRUCTION
It's getting there. . . . Ok, so I like this template, but it's from a Spanish web site and I don't know how to get the upside down name out of the header. Why would that be there in the html code anyway?
