FIRST ZOO TRIP

Ryan and I took off work so we could take Noah to his first trip to the zoo. We were probably more excited than he was. We read a lot of books to him with animals, and he also watches a few DVDs with animals as well, so we thought he might like to see the real thing. He enjoyed a few exhibits and was pretty tuckered two hours into it. Overall, we had a great family outing.

Where are we? What's first? Ooh, I'm so excited.

Where am I? Is that what I think it is?

Ooh, a meerkat.

Can I bring the bird home, Daddy?

I'll keep my distance, thank you.

How did we get to the Savannah so quickly?

I know what to do - it's a petting zoo.

Me and Daddy on zoo day!

Up close and personal at the new penguin exhibit.

Noah enjoyed pounding on the glass.

Noah is more interested in the people walking into the exhibit.

We saw lions, tigers and bears.

Take me home please - I'm done.

What a fun trip! Did you go to the FW zoo? I can't wait to take Nate back now that he is talking more and more and knows more animals. How did Noah like the petting zoo?

Hi Noah,
You look so cute reading the elephant paper. I've got your picture as my backround, on my computer at work.
